Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 5, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Your Whole Body Transformation (the “site”) handles information through its website and email communications.

Who operates this site

The site is operated by MJH Marketing LLC, a company established in New York, United States. Your Whole Body Transformation Editorial Team is the publication’s public-facing editorial identity. The site is intended primarily for a United States audience, although people may be able to access it from other locations.

For privacy questions or requests, email contact@yourwholebodytransformation.com.

Information you provide by email

The site provides an email address rather than a contact form. If you email us, we receive the information you include, plus your email address, display name, message metadata, and attachments.

We may use it to respond, address editorial or privacy concerns, maintain appropriate records, protect the site and its users, and meet applicable obligations. We do not require medical or other sensitive information for a general inquiry.

Ordinary email isn’t guaranteed to be secure. Please don’t send confidential medical records, passwords, financial information, government identification numbers, or other sensitive information.

Technical information and server logs

The site’s hosting, content-management, and security systems may automatically process technical information when a browser requests a page or file. This may include an Internet Protocol address, date and time, requested URL, referring page, browser or device information, response status, and security events.

This information may be used for delivery, performance, troubleshooting, abuse prevention, security, and ordinary website operations. Technical processing can occur even when a visitor does not email us.

WordPress and essential cookies

The site uses WordPress. WordPress and related hosting or security functions may use cookies or similar storage for essential administration, login security, session management, preferences, or site operation. Public user registration is not currently available. Login and administrative cookies may apply to administrators and other authorized personnel.

Most browsers provide controls for deleting or blocking cookies. Blocking essential cookies may affect the operation of certain site or administrative functions.

Features not currently active

As of the effective date, the site does not offer public comments, public user registration, a contact form, newsletter or email signup, or ecommerce. It does not use display advertising or affiliate tracking. MJH Marketing LLC has not intentionally enabled a public analytics service for site visitors.

These features may change in the future. This policy will be reviewed and updated before the site enables AWeber or another email-signup service, analytics, advertising, affiliate tracking, forms, ecommerce, public accounts, comments, or other material processing of personal information.

Article media

Article media is hosted locally in WordPress. When your browser requests it, ordinary technical information may be sent to the hosting environment to deliver the file. Local hosting does not eliminate routine server or security logging.

If a future article uses externally hosted or embedded media, that provider may receive technical request information and apply its own privacy terms. Material changes will be reflected here when appropriate.

Hosting and operational providers

The WordPress site is hosted through Namecheap EasyWP. Namecheap and infrastructure or security providers involved in hosting may process technical information to deliver, secure, maintain, and troubleshoot the site under applicable arrangements.

Providers may also support domain, email, security, or administrative operations. We name additional providers only when their identity and relevant role are verified. Information may be shared as reasonably necessary for providers to perform their services.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to protect the site, respond to valid legal process, protect rights or safety, or complete a requested communication, subject to applicable requirements.

External links

The site links to websites operated by others. A destination may collect information under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not control external sites or their content, availability, security, accessibility, retention, or information practices. A link does not make an external site part of this publication.

Retention

We retain email, technical logs, and related records as long as reasonably needed for communication, troubleshooting, security, abuse prevention, business recordkeeping, and applicable obligations. Retention varies with the information, provider, and purpose. Information may be deleted, anonymized, or retained longer when reasonably appropriate and permitted.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to reduce risk. No website, host, transmission method, or email system can guarantee complete security. Avoid sending sensitive information by email. Our response to a security issue will depend on the systems and information involved and applicable requirements.

Children’s privacy

The publication is intended for adults age 50 and older and is not directed to children. The site does not offer public accounts, comments, forms, or newsletter signup. We do not knowingly request children’s personal information, although technical logs or unsolicited email may not reveal age.

If you believe a child has provided personal information through email or an unexpected site feature, contact us at contact@yourwholebodytransformation.com so we can review the situation.

Privacy questions and requests

To ask a privacy question or make a request concerning your information, email contact@yourwholebodytransformation.com. Describe your request without unnecessary sensitive information. We may need to verify your identity or clarify the request. Our response will depend on the request, information held, and applicable requirements and exceptions.

Changes to this policy

We may revise this policy when site features, providers, or information practices change. The effective date identifies the current version. When appropriate, we may provide additional notice of a material change. The revised policy applies from the effective date shown above.
